Property was clean, neat, well located and well managed. A short walk into the business district and many fine restaurants. Excellent breakfast choices provided daily. It's become our go to place when visiting Cape Cod.

Beautiful view from the bay front balconies. The pool was large and clean with a real deep end. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The hotel was under construction which affected the lobby. Be aware that if you are staying in the waterfront building, you will need to drag your suitcases down an alleyway.

Ants filled our room…service in the West End Lounge was extremely slow. Great views, great pool, and pool bar. Rooms definitely need updating and could use a deep clean.
